YOUR PROFILE

  • Completed technical training
  • Excellent MS Office skills
  • Good knowledge of the German language

  • Knowledge of current standards and laws for creating technical documentation is of an advantage
  • Experience creating a risk assessment using Safe Expert and in accordance with DIN EN ISO 12100 

    JOB DESCRIPTION

    • Manage and structure technical documentation within the Wenker internal document management system
    • Create technical documents for clients (system descriptions, operating instructions, list of spare parts, training documents, etc.) according to EC/EU directives (esp. the Machinery Directive).
    • Revise and update existing technical documentation and continue to develop our documentation standards
    • Inspect and manage external technical documentation
    • Work independently and to deadlines in cooperation with project managers
    • Independently obtain the information needed for documentation processes in close cooperation with project managers as well as the design, purchasing, and manufacturing departments.

    • Completed technical training
    • Well-versed in the use and application of CAD systems (3D/2D), including Autodesk Inventor, AutoCAD Mechanical, etc.
