The steel skeletons of our modules have a corrosion-resistant casing. The module is protected from the elements, harmful environmental influences and corrosion by its thermal envelope (roof, gradient insulation and insulated facade).

By staggering how our modules are arranged, we can accommodate buildings with protruding bays, balconies and loggia or customized exteriors. We can certainly produce buildings with organic shapes, but only as special applications or in the form of hybrid buildings combining modular and traditional construction techniques.

In our modular buildings we use only quality-tested materials and branded products from our own production team or from German manufacturers such as Knauf, Isover, Schüco, Sto, Herholz or Keramag.

Because modular buildings utilize point loads rather than surface loads for load transfer, point or strip foundations along the module axes are sufficient. Special foundations are also possible, depending on the site.
